20071127/80间Wal-Mart店圣诞旺季通宵营业

(安省密西沙加26日加新社电)加拿大沃尔玛公司(Wal-Mart Canada)决定在圣诞节旺季延长营业时间，旗下超过四分之一的店铺从12月1日到24日通宵营业，方便民众购物。

沃尔玛在加拿大共有298间零售店，总体上，全国80间沃尔玛零售店从下周开始全天候营业。去年圣诞节前，全国有59间沃尔玛店从12月18日到24日通宵营业。

沃尔玛公司营运高级副总裁普吕多姆(Sylvain Prud’homme)说：“我们最初延长长营业时间，认为这是新奇的营运方法。我们后来发现，对一些顾客，这是很大的便利，另一些人则认为必需。”
