Increase Guideline)\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u6839\u636e\u5b89\u7701\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7269\u4ef7\u6307\u6570\uff08Ontario Consumer Price)\u800c\u8c03\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u89c4\u5b9a\u52a0\u79df\u5e45\u5ea6\u7684\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u662f\u9ea6\u575a\u8fea\u653f\u5e9c\u623f\u5c4b\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u7701\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d1f\u62c5\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5c45\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e02\u653f\u53ca\u623f\u5c4b\u4e8b\u52a1\u5385\u5385\u957f\u97e6\u6069\uff08Kathleen Wynne\uff09\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u4eca\u5929\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u4fee\u8ba2\u6cd5\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u6301\u79df\u91d1\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u767e\u4e07\u79df\u5ba2\u7684\u5f00\u9500\u8d1f\u62c5\u5f97\u8d77\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4ee4\u5230\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e13\u5fc3\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u4e8b\u4e1a\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f5c\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u52a0\u79df\u6307\u5357\u300b\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u51fa\u79df\u4f4f\u623f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53d7\u5230\u4f4f2006\u5e74\u623f\u79df\u6237\u6cd5\uff08Residential Tenancies Act, 2006\uff09\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u3002\u6839\u636e\u6307\u5357\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\u4eca\u5e74\u7ed9\u79df\u5ba2\u63d0\u51fa\u52a0\u79df\u65f6\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a02.5%\uff0c\u6bcb\u987b\u5411\u4e1a\u4e3b\u53ca\u79df\u6237\u5c40\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u52a0\u79df\u6307\u5357\u300b\u6bcf\u5e74\u6309\u7167\u5b89\u7701\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7269\u4ef7\u6307\u6570\u800c\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u8ba1\u7b97\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5219\u4ee5\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7edf\u8ba1\u90e8\uff08Statistics Canada\uff09\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e3a\u6839\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4eca\u5e74\u52a0\u79df \u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc72.5%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e16\u754c\u65e5\u62a5\/\u5b89\u7701\u8bae\u4f1a13\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\u4f4f\u623f\u79df\u6237\u4fee\u8ba2\u6cd5\uff08Residential Tenancies Amendment Act\uff09\uff0c\u636e\u6b64\u800c\u53d1\u51fa\u7684\u201c\u52a0\u79df\u6307\u5357\u201d (Rent Increase Guideline)\uff0c\u5c06\u89c4\u9650\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7684\u4e1a\u4e3b\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u53ea\u80fd\u5bf9\u539f\u6709\u7684\u79df\u5ba2\u52a0\u79df2.5%\u3002\u4e3a\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u7684\u79df\u5ba2\uff0c\u90fd\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u8fd9\u4efd\u6307\u5357\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bbe\u5b9a\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u52a0\u79df\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u5c06\u4f7f\u79df\u5ba2\u53d7\u60e0\u4e8e\u66f4\u6613\u9884\u6d4b\u548c\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u79df\u91d1\uff0c\u597d\u597d\u5b89\u987f\u4e8e\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u5b89\u4e50\u7a9d\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e1a\u4e3b\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u5408\u7406\u7684\u56de\u62a5\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u59a5\u5584\u7ef4\u4fee\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u51fa\u79df\u623f\u4ea7\u7269\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u52a0\u79df\u6307\u5357\u201d\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u6839\u636e\u5b89\u7701\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7269\u4ef7\u6307\u6570\u800c\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u6709\u5173\u7269\u4ef7\u8ba1\u7b97\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5219\u4ee5\u8054\u90a6\u7edf\u8ba1\u5c40\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e3a\u6839\u636e\u3002\u800c\u89c4\u5b9a\u52a0\u79df\u5e45\u5ea6\u7684\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u662f\u9ea6\u575a\u8fea\u653f\u5e9c\u623f\u5c4b\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u7701\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d1f\u62c5\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5c45\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u52a0\u79df\u6307\u5357\u201d\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u51fa\u79df\u4f4f\u623f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53d7\u52302006\u5e74\u623f\u79df\u6237\u6cd5\uff08Residential
