TORONTO \u2013 The Office of the Secretary issued an Amended Notice of Hearing which provides that the Hearing has been moved and that the Hearing will now be held in the 22nd Floor Meeting Room of the offices of Commission at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario on Wednesday, the 1st day of April, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the hearing is to extend the Temporary Cease Trade Order issued on March 17, 2009 and to adjourn the hearing of the matter. <\/p>\n

AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING Section 127 and Section 127.1<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHEREAS<\/strong> on the 17th day of March, 2009, the Ontario Securities Commission (the “Commission”) ordered: <\/p>\n

1.pursuant to clause 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that all trading in securities of Oversea Chinese Fund Limited Partnership, Weizhen Tang and Associates Inc. and Weizhen Tang Corp. shall cease;<\/p>\n

2.pursuant to clause 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that all trading by Weizhen Tang, Oversea Chinese Fund Limited Partnership, Weizhen Tang and Associates Inc. and Weizhen Tang Corp. shall cease; and<\/p>\n

3.pursuant to clause 3 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that the exemptions contained in Ontario securities law do not apply to Weizhen Tang, Oversea Chinese Fund Limited Partnership, Weizhen Tang and Associates Inc. and Weizhen Tang Corp.; (the \u201cTemporary Order\u201d); <\/p>\n

AND WHEREAS<\/strong> the Commission further ordered as part of the Temporary Order that, pursuant to subsection 127(6) of the Act, the Temporary Order shall take effect immediately and shall expire on the fifteenth day after its making unless extended by the Commission; <\/p>\n

AND WHEREAS<\/strong> on March 13, 2009, a Notice of Hearing was issued by the Secretary\u2019s Office of the Commission stating that a hearing (the \u201cHearing\u201d) was to be held at the offices of Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor Hearing Room on Wednesday, the 1st day of April, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held; <\/p>\n

TAKE NOTICE<\/strong> that the location of the Hearing has been moved and that the Hearing will now be held in the 22nd Floor Meeting Room of the offices of Commission at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario on Wednesday, the 1st day of April, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held. <\/p>\n
